Founded by me, along with support from my entire family—especially my mom—this site was born out of a personal journey. As someone striving to lose weight, I searched tirelessly for low-calorie recipes with nutritional information, but found very few resources. That’s when I decided to create my own website to help myself and others like me.
While our focus is primarily on Indian cuisine, you’ll find an array of recipes that emphasize high protein and fiber to support healthy weight loss. My own experiences have taught me the importance of consistency in both cooking and health. Stick to your plan, and you’ll see results!
